Recording or sharing sensitive conversations or information that would violate U.S. privacy laws is strictly prohibited. This includes confidential communications, private discussions, or any exchanges legally protected from unauthorized disclosure.

NoteFast AI does not condone, and cannot be held liable for, any unauthorized recording or uploading of content that violates institutional policies, copyright law, or privacy laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities on the platform comply with all legal and institutional requirements.

By using NoteFast AI, you agree to indemnify us against any legal consequences resulting from the unauthorized recording or distribution of material. We trust our users to respect intellectual property, privacy, and institutional policies at all times.

License to Use NoteFast Content

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, NoteFast AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use content on our platform for your own educational purposes.

You agree not to copy, record, or access NoteFast AI content using automated means (such as bots, scripts, or data extraction tools) unless you have written authorization from NoteFast AI.

If you purchase a subscription or license, it is for individual use only and may not be shared. NoteFast AI may enforce reasonable limits on access (such as device or usage limits) to prevent unauthorized use.

Refund Policy for NoteFast AI

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally only available under these conditions:

• You are within the first 30 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.
• Your subscription was not used excessively or in violation of our Terms of Service.
• There was a technical issue caused by NoteFast AI that could not be resolved within a reasonable time after being reported.
• There was an accidental or duplicate payment.

2. No Refunds for Inactive Accounts

We do not offer refunds for unused or inactive accounts. If you forget to cancel your subscription and it renews automatically, you are still responsible for the charge. Please manage your subscription settings within your account.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Include your name, email address, subscription plan, and the reason for your refund request.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

• Requests made more than 30 days after your subscription purchase.
• Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing.
• Monthly subscription fees after the initial 30-day period.
• Termination of your account due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Payment Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

NoteFast AI may update this refund policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
